Crew meals are served in the self-service crew mess, petty officers mess and officers mess. Your position's rank will determine in which mess you will eat. Should you require a special diet i.e. low cholesterol, please inform the Crew Steward upon joining the ship. Since the crew mess serves many meals to many different nationalities, the preperation of special meals is usually limited. In general ships have very good crew food, but after 6 months on board you be longing for mom's home cooking. |
